I’m a trainer, a writer, a businesswoman and warrior.
I have created great success in my life and I know what it is to struggle and survive, then thrive.
By the age of 21, I had built and sold the first of three successful businesses. As my career developed, I discovered a fierce talent for public speaking, personal development and coaching others to uncover their own greatness.
My life wasn’t all bright-lights and beautiful people. I was sent to boarding school at eleven, never to live at home again; the victim of a serious sexual assault as a teenager and a decline into hard drugs and alcohol almost destroyed me.
I lived a double life: one of a successful entrepreneur, the other a woman in deep pain relentlessly trashing my body, like the worthless object the rape had taught me it was.
I have shared all that I have learnt with audiences of thousands; and done my 10,000 hours face to face, one on one, working with wonderful humans just like you.
It is the intersection of these two parts of my life (survivor and mentor) that has given me the knowledge, tools and burning desire to help you be your best self.
